How did your BongoHive participation facilitate your growth as a consulting startup?
Being part of the launch program allowed us to our product offering in a manner that suited our target market. It also gave us the vision to provide an international standard service….we were thinking local but we had international capability. Being able to scale is pertinent to our business.
How do you conduct integrity assessment, a major anti-corruption gesture in Africa business?
Plenty of R&D goes into the development of our assessments, with our partners JvR we have at our disposal assessments that measure personality dispositions including integrity. These are all scaled and give predictions on possible behavior of individuals in an organization in line with their role.
Our assessments are electronic and available on the portals eliminating issues of bias in measurements. Integrity is key when it comes to human capital and being able to measure it is very important to manage human capital from recruitment through to retention.
Who are your main clients? Government, private entities or individuals?
Our main clientele is in the private sector industries: banking and finance, insurance as well as the mining sector where we have assessments that measure safety mindset to aid people driven safety.
Do you have applications that a company can use in its investigation or risk assessment processes?
Yes we do. Particularly the Risk Type Compass and the Work Related Integrity Scale (Wrisc).
Personality profiling is a risky business. Do you face challenges in your work?
It is risky but the key is to maintain professional standards at all time. Our integrity is our back bone. This is not a magic fix but the science of understanding people and managing them individually to get the most out of their potential.

We aid in recruitment of graduate trainees through a graduate trainee profile. This is key in career mapping and longterm retention of those employed by matching graduates with organizations. Solution offers personalized HR panel which has an Interview question guide and training plans based on assessment results. Creating this synergy is invaluable to both employee and employer.
